Care & Safety Instructions

• Operate the lift only on firm, level indoor surfaces.
• Always use the appropriate sling for the intended transfer or rehabilitation activity.
• Ensure all sling loops are securely attached to the hook system before lifting.
• Lock all four castors during lifting, transfers, and standing activities.
• Position the user centrally within the sling before operating the lift.
• Never exceed the maximum Safe Working Load (SWL) of 300 kg.
• Operate the lift only under the supervision of a trained caregiver or healthcare professional.
• Fully charge the battery before first use.
• Recharge the battery when the charge level is low.
• Use only the supplied 24V Morecare smart charger.
• Disconnect the charger before operating the lift.
• Keep the actuator, battery, charger, remote controller, and electrical components dry at all times.
• Do not tamper with or modify any electrical or mechanical components.
• Clean the frame using a soft damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Wipe slings after every use and wash them according to the recommended care instructions.
• Keep the castors, lifting mechanism, and moving parts free from dust and debris.
• Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners, or direct water spray on electrical components.
• Before every use, inspect the sling, attachment loops, hook system, wheel locks, remote controller, battery charge, actuator, lifting arm, frame, and emergency stop button.
• Do not operate the lift if any component is damaged, loose, or malfunctioning.
• Fold the boom before storage or transportation.
• Store the lift indoors in a clean, dry environment away from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Switch off the power during long-term storage and recharge the battery periodically.

Product Life & Maintenance

• Expected product life is 7–10 years with proper care, routine maintenance, and normal operating conditions.
• Replace worn slings, batteries, castors, and other wear components only with genuine Morecare spare parts.
• Inspect the frame, lifting mechanism, actuator, battery, and safety systems regularly for reliable performance.
• Ensure the battery is maintained according to the recommended charging schedule to maximize service life.
• A preventive inspection by qualified service personnel is recommended every 12 months.
• If any structural, electrical, or mechanical issue is observed, discontinue use immediately and contact the Morecare support team before further operation.
