Care & Safety Instructions

• Always inspect the chair before every use.
• Ensure all four caster wheels are locked before transfers, toileting, or bathing.
• Confirm the swivel seat is fully locked before the user sits.
• Check that the hydraulic height adjustment operates smoothly.
• Ensure the commode bucket and activity tray are securely fitted before use.
• Position the chair only on flat, stable, and level surfaces.
• Adjust the seat height to match the transfer surface whenever possible.
• Assist the user throughout the transfer process.
• Ensure the user's feet are properly positioned on the footrest before moving the chair.
• Do not exceed the maximum recommended user weight of 200 kg.
• Suitable only for users who can slightly lift themselves from the seating surface with caregiver assistance.
• Clean the frame with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Clean the waterproof upholstery, commode bucket, and tray after each use.
• Dry all components thoroughly before storage.
• Avoid bleach, abrasive cleaners, corrosive chemicals, and direct high-pressure water on the hydraulic mechanism.
• Before every use, inspect the hydraulic system, swivel lock, caster wheels, wheel locks, frame, commode bucket, activity tray, and all fasteners.
• Do not use the chair if any component appears loose, damaged, or is not functioning correctly.
• Fold the legs and backrest before storage or transport.
• Store indoors in a clean, dry environment away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight.

Product Life & Maintenance

• Expected product life is 7–10 years with proper care, routine maintenance, and normal operating conditions.
• Inspect the hydraulic mechanism, swivel lock, caster wheels, and wheel locks regularly.
• Keep moving parts clean and free from hair, dust, and debris.
• Tighten loose fasteners whenever required.
• Replace worn wheels, upholstery, or other wearable components using genuine Morecare spare parts.
• If the hydraulic lift, swivel mechanism, or frame shows unusual movement, noise, or visible damage, discontinue use and contact the Morecare support team before further operation.
