Sling Selection

The sling is an important part of the lifting system. The appropriate sling configuration should be selected according to the patient's body size, support requirements, mobility level, and intended transfer use.

How It Works

1. Share the patient's height, weight, body dimensions, diagnosis, mobility level, and transfer requirements.
2. Provide details about the bed, chair, toilet, and available transfer space where required.
3. Our rehabilitation team reviews the patient's requirements and recommends the most suitable configuration and sling.
4. EasyShift is configured and quality checked before dispatch, where applicable.

EasyShift is a powered patient-handling device and should only be used by caregivers who understand its operation and safe transfer procedures.

Before Every Use

• Inspect the sling and attachment points.
• Check all buckles and straps for secure attachment and signs of wear.
• Confirm that the sling is properly positioned and secured.
• Check the wheels and brakes.
• Ensure the lifting mechanism is functioning correctly.
• Confirm that the transfer path is clear of obstacles.
• Ensure the patient's weight does not exceed the maximum rated capacity of 127 kg.

During Transfer

• Keep the patient properly positioned throughout the transfer.
• Use the appropriate sling configuration and support.
• Operate the lifting mechanism gradually and smoothly.
• Monitor the patient's comfort, positioning, and stability.
• Never leave a lifted patient unattended.
• Stop the transfer immediately if the patient experiences significant pain, discomfort, or instability.

Environment

• Use EasyShift only on firm, stable, and suitable surfaces.
• Do not use EasyShift inside cars.
• Avoid very plush carpets.
• Avoid very soft surfaces where the patient may sink deeply.
• Ensure sufficient space is available for safe maneuvering and transfers.

Cleaning & Care

• Keep the frame clean and dry.
• Clean the seat and removable cushion regularly using suitable mild cleaning products.
• Inspect slings, straps, and buckles regularly for wear or damage.
• Keep electrical components protected from unnecessary exposure to water or moisture.
• Do not operate the device if any critical component appears damaged or is not functioning correctly.

Maintenance

• Check the lifting mechanism and moving components regularly.
• Inspect wheels and brakes for proper operation.
• Check all fasteners and attachment points periodically.
• Replace worn or damaged components with genuine Morecare spare parts.
• Follow Morecare's recommended operating, maintenance, and servicing instructions.
• Discontinue use and contact Morecare if unusual movement, noise, lifting problems, or structural damage is observed.

Shipping & Dispatch Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. Products are securely packed to help prevent damage during transit. Installation & Setup Ships in knock-down condition for safe transportation. Assembly typically takes around 30 minutes. A product setup video is included for easy installation. Free virtual setup and installation support is available. Returns, Replacement & Refunds Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns due to change of mind or preference. Product exchanges are available with a 5% processing and shipping charge. Orders cancelled before dispatch are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Please retain the original packaging during the eligible return period. Customized and made-to-order products are non-returnable. Warranty

12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty is valid from the date of purchase with the original purchase invoice. After-Sales Support Lifetime virtual technical support via phone or video call. Assistance with product setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
