Care & Safety Instructions

• Place the BedMate only on a stable and compatible bed frame.
• Ensure the system is installed correctly before use.
• Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts during adjustment.
• Do not exceed the maximum recommended user weight of 200 kg.
• Use the side rails whenever clinically recommended for added safety.
• Keep the remote control away from children when not in use.
• Clean the frame regularly using a soft damp cloth.
• Clean the mattress cover with a mild detergent and allow it to dry completely before reuse.
• Never immerse the electric actuators, remote control, or other electrical components in water.
• Before every use, inspect the remote control, electric actuators, side rails, mattress, power cable, and frame.
• Do not use the system if any component appears loose, damaged, or malfunctioning.
• Disconnect the power supply before long-term storage.
• Store the BedMate indoors in a clean, dry environment away from moisture.
• Do not place heavy objects on the mattress or moving sections of the frame.

Product Life & Maintenance

• Expected product life is 7–10 years with proper care, routine maintenance, and normal use.
• Inspect the electric actuators every 6 months to ensure smooth operation.
• Check all bolts, fasteners, and adjustment mechanisms regularly.
• Keep electrical connectors clean and free from dust or moisture.
• Replace worn or damaged components using genuine Morecare spare parts.
• If you notice unusual noise, vibration, or movement during operation, discontinue use and contact the Morecare support team before further use.
