Care & Safety Instructions

• Use the gait trainer under the supervision of a caregiver or rehabilitation professional during the initial stages of gait training.
• Adjust the walker height to match the child's measurements before every use.
• Secure the chest support, butterfly chest harness, and pelvic sling properly before walking.
• Engage the wheel locks during transfers, positioning, or adjustments.
• Use the gait trainer only on flat, stable, and even indoor or smooth outdoor surfaces.
• Do not exceed the maximum recommended user weight of 50 kg.
• Wipe the anodized aluminium frame with a soft damp cloth after use.
• Clean the padded supports using mild soap and water.
• Allow all fabric and padded components to dry completely before reuse.
• Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive water.
• Before every use, inspect the chest support, butterfly harness, pelvic sling, wheels, wheel locks, height adjustment mechanism, frame, and all fasteners.
• Do not use the gait trainer if any component is loose, damaged, or excessively worn.
• Fold the gait trainer before storage or transportation.
• Store the gait trainer indoors in a clean, dry place away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the folded gait trainer.

Product Life & Maintenance

• Expected product life is 5–7 years with proper care, routine maintenance, and normal use.
• Inspect the frame, wheels, chest support, pelvic sling, harness, and adjustment mechanisms regularly for signs of wear or damage.
• Ensure the folding mechanism, wheel locks, and height adjustment system operate smoothly before each use.
• Replace worn or damaged components only with genuine Morecare spare parts.
• A preventive inspection is recommended every 12 months.
• If any structural damage, loose joints, or excessive wear is observed, discontinue use and contact the Morecare support team before further use.

Returns, Replacement & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
• Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns due to change of mind or preference.
• Product exchanges are available with a 5% processing and shipping charge.
• Orders cancelled before dispatch are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
