Care & Safety Instructions

• Clean the powder-coated steel frame using a soft damp cloth.
• Wipe the PU cushions with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reuse.
• Keep the standing frame clean and store it in a dry indoor environment.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or pressure washing.
• Use the standing frame only under the supervision of a caregiver or qualified therapist.
• Operate the electric tilt system according to the therapist's recommendations.
• Lock all medical-grade casters before beginning standing therapy.
• Ensure all positioning straps and supports are securely fastened before adjusting the tilt angle.
• Do not exceed the maximum recommended user weight of 60 kg.
• Keep hands, fingers, clothing, and other objects away from moving parts during electric adjustment.
• Disconnect the power supply before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
• Do not use the standing frame if any electrical or mechanical component appears damaged.

• Check all fasteners and tighten them whenever required.

Returns, Replacement & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.

• Approved returns due to change of mind or personal preference are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Product exchanges are available with a 5% processing and shipping charge.
• Orders cancelled before dispatch are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
